Have you lost an item or found something and wish to return it to its rightful owner? Visit our Information Counter and report a lost or found item. We'll assist you in finding what you're looking for.

FIRST AID

Our Customer Service staff at the Information Counter works collectively with the Security Department to ensure the safety of your visit is a priority. We can provide you with a band-aid for abrasions or an ambulance for emergencies.

FAMILY CARE

For your convenience, Taiping Sentral Mall offers family washrooms, baby changing area and a disabled-friendly washroom.

PRAYER ROOMS / SURAU

Specially catered for local and foreign tourists, the prayer rooms are situated at the Second Floor behind the cinema.

There are more than 200 parking bays around Taiping Sentral Mall, including parking lots for the disabled.

The Mall provides a 24-hours convenience store which caters to guests who require snacks, drinks and other items at hours after conventional stores close. It is located at the ground floor for easy access.
